Strange error message on Razor page Follow

JetBrains Rider 2022.3.2
Build #RD-223.8617.53, built on January 25, 2023

What's wrong with this Razor page?

This 'bug' does not prevent the application from running correctly.

VS 2022 has no objections against this syntax:
