Files are not being added to the solution

I'm running Ryder 2023.1

This just started happening in one solution when I add a file to the solution the file opens in the editor but it doesn't get added to the solution itself. In other words, I right click on a folder in the solution Explorer and add a new class and give it a name and hit enter and it doesn't get added to the folder but it actually creates the file and opens the file.

Any ideas how to fix this?
