EAP build 23 Performance issues on MacBook Pro

Hello,

since the build 23 I'm experiencing unbearable performance issues on my mac. Opening a solution takes usually about 4 minutes and after that the IDE is going slower and slower. After cca 1 hour of usage it delays about 2 sec before writing one single letter, 10s before opening intellisense, heating the computer enough for warming up medium size apartment, long story short - unusable.

The computer is MBP 2015 model with 2,7GHz i5 processor with 8GB RAM. The solution contains 3 projects with ~300 files in total so it shouldn't be a problem, I presume.

The performance was going down every EAP release but at this point it became unbearable for everyday work... 

Do you have this issues too? Or can I do something for speeding it up? Rider is really a great IDE and I would not want to return to VS because of this ...
