C# lib debugging - Run External Program

Just got a subscription for Rider today.  I am working on a project that creates a plugin to an application that runs on my machine.  I opened up the .sln file with Rider and the IDE looks great, but I can't figure out how to start an external program and set the working directory like I can so easily do with Visual Studio.  Can somebody point me in the right direction?
