JetBrains Rider features in IntelliJ Ultimate?

Hi,

I've recently licensed IntelliJ Ultimate and been using it for various projects. I now have a .Net ASP project and was wondering whether I can use my version of IntelliJ to work on it as well, assuming that JetBrains Rider is baked in as well? If so, how do I 'activate' Rider capabilities?

Hi!
Rider is standalone, like clion. It can't be included to Intellij Ultimate.

I suppose that there are no current plans to include it in a future version of IntelliJ?
