No JVM Found when launching from within Unity 2017.2

Answered

This is likely more of a Unity issue than a Rider issue, but perhaps someone here can help. I just installed Unity 2017.2 and I receive the following error when starting Rider with the Assets->Open C# Project in Rider. Rider starts and runs just fine, so it's only from within Unity.

Fascinating, I turned Debugging to Verbose and everything started correctly. Turned it back down, and everything is still working correctly.
