Publish to File ASP.NET Mono Project on Mac OS X with publish profile

I need to publish my asp.net project with mono msbuild.

I use this command:

mono "/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/Current/lib/mono/msbuild/15.0/bin/MSBuild.dll" "/Users/volkanserter/RiderProjects/MacDeployTest/MacDeployTest.sln" "/verbosity:q" "/p:DeployOnBuild=true" "/p:PublishProfile=pubprofile" "/p:Configuration=Release" "/p:platform=Any CPU"

I have pubprofile.pubxml under Properties>PublishProfiles>pubprofile.pubxml.

This command builds the project but, it does not package and copy to file.

My pubprofile.pubxml content is:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
