Why are the HtmlHelper and Page methods giving "Cannot resolve symbol" errors?

This doesn't happen in partials, but does in full views and the layout page.

This is a ASP.Core 2.0 application.

Hey David! Could you please specify the following:

1. .Net Core version:

dotnet --version

2. Are you on MacOS/Linux/Windows?

Hi Julia,

It's magically vanished now (looks like moving onto something else was the cure). Here's the info though:

Windows 10

dotnet --version
2.1.3
