Jetbrains User Agreement Section 3.4 Questions

In the User Agreement, Section 3.4 has the text:

"In that case, the rights stipulated in Section 3.1(A) shall continue..."

and

"The limitations set forth in Section 3.1(B) of this Agreement apply to the usage of the Fallback Version..."

I think that usually, if a subsection is introduced, it's on a new line. Examples of subsections introduced not on a new line are in Sections 11.3 and 12.

3.1 doesn't itself have an A or B subsection.

What's the way to read this? Is 3.4 introducing new A and B subsections? Or is it a typo that should actually be referencing 3.2(A) and 3.2(B)?
