Unable to run Azure Functions

When clicking Debug, the project build and then nothing happens.

The build log is:

and the Debug tab just says "Nothing to show"

I have the Azure Toolkit for Rider installed version 3.50.0.1595-2023.1 and this is Rider 2023.1.3
