White dotted line feature
I accidentally turned it on (white dotted lineі to the left of the code), but it looks pretty good.
What is the feature name, and how can I enable it for all files?

This feature is called Show whitespaces. You can find it under File | Settings | Editor | General | Appearance for Windows and Linux and JetBrains Rider | Settings or Preferences | Editor | General | Appearance for macOS.
