Is there a way to access the project structure dialog from Rider?

I *think I used to be able to do it with the cmd + ; shortcut.

Had replaced it with AceJump but can't find `Project Structure` from keymaps either.

Not super sure if it was Rider  where I accessed it or IntelliJ tho, it's been a while.

Basically am trying to exclude some folders from being indexed. I believe I'd done it from Project structure before.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rider support.

I assume you need the Explorer tool window. If I am wrong, please let me know.

Have a nice day!

Not quite. Similar to this Project Structure in IntelliJ. https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/project-settings-and-structure.html

My memory is fuzzy, but pretty sure I'd accessed it from Rider previously too.

Hello,

There is no settings window that would correspond to the Project Structure settings window in IDEA. Almost all the settings you can adjust are in a single Settings window.

Also, you can adjust predefined project settings for the newly created projects File | New Projects Setup | Settings for New Projects.

You can exclude folders from being indexed in the following ways:

  • From the File | Settings | Editor | File Types | Ignored Files and Folders settings page;
  • From Solution explorer by right-clicking on the desired folder and selecting Tools | Stop Index:

Hope that helps!

If there is anything else I can assist you with, please let me know.

Have a nice day!
