Rider does not analyze files in commit changes diff panel

When I view the diff of my changes before committing them, Rider does not analyze the previous version of the file I modified. Please see attached screenshot:

It's the same file: the initial version and the modified version. However, the initial version says that “Analysis is unsupported for document”. Is this normal?
