How to change the colour of the Warning bar at the top of the editor

Hey I've been trying to find the setting that controls the colours of this warning bar that appears at the top of the edit window on ceratin files (in this case opening something inside the Unity package cache / read only files)

I've been through every setting I could find that has the similar yellow colour and tried changing it with no luck. Any help appreciated!
