Rider keeps reindexing with no reason

Rider constantly refreshes itself, closing and sometimes reopening tabs, losing git track, reindexing files and probably doing more things I can't catch. This happens every time the application is built, opened from dock and sometimes (seemingly) randomly while writing code.
