Can Rider installed on a Windows 11 PC run/debug maui on IOS devices/simulator

As the title states

Im trialing rider on windows 11 as VS is having huge issue with file path length issues amongst other things.

I would like to know if I can use a physical IOS device to run and debug MAUI apps

Also does the simulator work if I connect to a mac?
