Rider Blazor WebAssembly Stand Alone App (Breakpoints)

The rider web assembly app is not stopping on breakpoints. I converted an existing app as well as a new app from the app templates. Neither will honor breakpoints while debugging…

Any help would be appreciated…

I'm using Rider v.2023.3.3 on Mac ARM, debugging works well in VS and it worked before switching to .net8 (which I only installed because I received a new laptop). I really like the Rider IDE but it's kind of useless without the ability to debug.
