"rider diff" do not open on top

Hi,

I'm using “rider diff”  as the diff tool from TortoiseGit, and most of the time, when I double-click a file to visualize the changes, the rider diff window does open, but behind all other apps. I have to hit Alt+Shift+Tab to bring the window to the front.

It would be deeply appreciate it if someone has a workaround or a fix to avoid that annoying behavior :)
