Performance of new Terminal (Beta) in Rider 2024.1

Just tried out the new terminal. Probably in a small group of people actually using the terminal quite a bit and in the even smaller group that run terminal ui programs in there. I'm a big fan of lazygit and running it in the integrated terminal is actually perfect for my workflows.

Unfortunately with the new terminal it because almost unusable slow. Lazygit runs real smooth in the old one but in the new one refreshes are almost as if there's a typewriter animation effect in place.

So if someone from the Jetbrains team is reading this: please either fix the performance or let us keep the old terminal as an option.
