Rider slows down after a while

I keep having to restart Rider 2024.1 every hour or so, because after a while anything that relies on code completion, causes the editor to freeze for a second or so. Completion windows pop up blank and then fill in a second later. After restart everything is fast again.

Not sure if this is just time dependent or happens after running the code a couple of times.
