Slow startup
Hi, On Windows, Rider takes a considerable amount of time to load, and it seems to take longer with each new update. During this period, the splash screen that appears at startup blocks access to all other open windows, disrupting my workflow. This is quite annoying.
I appreciate your hard work on Rider and hope you'll consider these suggestions to enhance user experience.

Could you please try following the steps described in this article and check if it affects the load times?
As a workaround, you can disable the splash screen by adding
-Dnosplash=trueparameter viaHelp | Edit Custom VM Optionsand restarting the IDE.Thank you for your prompt response.
I tested the steps in the article, but they did not affect the loading times, which still range from 1.5 to 2 minutes. Additionally, I noticed that the entire folder was already added as an excluded folder, but as a precaution, I also added the requested file.
However, disabling the splash screen has significantly reduced most of the frustration.
