Cannot disable new Compact UI spacing

After switching to the new Rider UI the line spacing at the start of the file was reduced. It does not go back to normal even if I switch off the Compact UI or the new UI either. It's very frustrating.

Is there a fix for this?

Please check if switching this setting affects helps: File | Settings | Editor | Code Style | C# | Tabs, Indents, Alignment | General | Tab Width.
