Same tool but different projects and I need different sizes per project not per tool window

Is there a way for it to stop changing width, like solution explorer?

Some of my Rider solution windows are at full screen, some are not, and each project has its own folder structure that the sizes stop making sense to be all at the same width.

I cannot for the life of me find where each open Rider window is independent of what I do with the same tool window width in another open Rider window? The setting for same tool window stores sizes independently doesn't help my situation. Because i need solution explorer to be one size fort his project and another size for another project.
