Rider Explorer window - collapse and expand button are greyed out

Hi,

i am using Rider 2024.2 EAP3.
I have noticed the “collapse all” and “expand all” buttons in the Explorer window are greyed out. Here is the Documentation for the mentioned feature.
I am pretty sure that in Rider 2024.1.3 those buttons were working perfectly fine. 
Invalidating all caches did not change anything.

Does anyone else has this issue?
Does anyone have an idea how I could fix the problem?
