connecting to visual studio online

Hi ,
I am using Rider from the EAP. We are also using TFS online (https://www.visualstudio.com/team-services/) for our Version control. I tried conneting to Visual Studio online from Rider. I tried the alternate authentication and gave my Email id and password always it throws 401 error.
Is there any known issues on this?
