Solution initialization on MacBook vs MacBook Pro

I created a solution with Rider on MacBook and after I updated Rider to a newer version I cannot open the solution anymore. It shows solution initialization all the time.

I tried to uninstall Rider, clean cache - it didn't help.

On another laptop - MacBook Pro (i7, 16Gb RAM) - it works.

Most probably it is not connected to hardware itself, so I wonder how I can debug this issue to understand why it doesn't work on MacBook.
