How to run MVC 5 project in browser

I am newbie to .Net and I came from phpstprm background so I really like to use Project rider. But at the moment I have no clue how to run application in browser. I have seen few post that you have to attach it to IIS express but I am totally clueless.

If someone take a time to explain how I could do that I would be grateful.
