keyboard shortcuts are not working
ctrl k , ctrl d is no longer working only ctrl d works
ctrl k ctrl c is not doing a comment
alt arrow is not moving lines

having lots of shortcut problems and even sometimes seeing crash dumps when using a keyboard shortcut since 2024.2 updates…

The issue has been caused by the issue with the ID: RIDER-117610 Unable to copy from Editor. It is going to be fixed in the next public build. To work it aroind please do the following:

I am having the same trouble with keybaord shortcuts as of today on Windows 11.
JetBrains Rider 2024.2.7
Runtime version: 21.0.4+13-b509.26 amd64 (JCEF 122.1.9)
VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o.
.NET Core v8.0.4 x64 (Server GC)
Rider does not respond to Ctrl+/ or Shift+Ctrl+/ following update to 2024.2.7.
I verified that these keymaps are properly associated in the keymap. The keyboard localization is English and its the first language in the list.
If I open PyCharm (who has similar settings thanks to settings sync) the keyboard shortcuts work correctly.
Turning off Code with Me does not resolve the issue.
