Changelist flush on save

My changelist disapear on save. If i refresh the changelist: the changelist reappear.
It is here since my last update 2024.2.7.
How do i fix that ?

It does not look like changelist disappeared but that git failed to detect that the file changed.
What happens when you run git status in the terminal? \
Does it happen with every file?
