Xamarin.Android XML code completion
Hello,
I am asking if anyone has (if it's at all possible) code completion while writing Android views in Rider?
Because I can not solve it and am forced to use Android Studio / VS For Mac. The only reference to this issue I found is here https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RIDER-8118 which looks to have been abandoned.
I have the Xamarin Android support plugin installed, it builds and works, but it's severely lacking in any code suggestion or autocompletion (specifically for android views, C# is working perfectly fine).

The feature you've mentioned has already been implemented. Is it about custom views? Could you please describe your problem in more details, may be adding some screenshots/screencast, code samples, etc?

If it's been implemented then maybe I have no idea on how to turn it on, because me and my team get no suggestions. Could you point me where to find instructions?
And it's not about custom views, but in general about UI elements like textview, imageview etc.

You've mentioned RIDER-8118 Make completion work in Android .axml files. This feature has been implemented and you don't need any additional actions to turn it on. The completion in on by default.
So, could you please add some screenshots/screencast illustrating your work with code? Also, you can upload the whole project to our server and share the Upload ID. This will help us understand what goes wrong and why don't you have completion in your case.
