Rider EAP Enter key giving weird behaviour

I've noticed in the last couple of EAP releases that pressing Enter after a ; now adds 2 new lines and tabs the cursor in twice on the 2nd new line. The same behaviour is exhibited when pressing Enter inside braces or brackets.

This doesn't happen in the non EAP version; a newline drops down a line with the cursor just 1 tab in from the left. See the pic below. I thought it was perhaps Vim plugin related but that doesn't seem to be the issue as a Vim new line functions correctly.
