Turn off C++ balloon notification for "include and add reference"

How do I turn off the Rider IDE manila-colored balloon notification in C++ that starts with a “?” and suggests adding an include and a reference, usually to Boost? This is not a code completion popup, but a balloon notification that appears without user input (please see image).
