Question on jet brain rider support for future android and ios version using xamarin forms
Hi,
My team has four Xamarin.Forms apps that are yet to be migrated to .NET MAUI. My question is: Can my team use JetBrains Rider to build and publish these apps to the App Store and Play Store over the next five years? Also, will they continue to work on future Android and iOS versions?

Thank you for reaching Rider Forum.
As for the Xamarin application support, since it has been deprecated by Microsoft, current Rider versions support only basic functionality. I.e. you cannot create a new Xamarin application. However, a working Xamarin application should be able to run with no issues.
MAUI applications, though, are fully supported and will be supported as long as they are supported by the vendor (MicroSoft).
