Unable to open JetBrains Rider 2025.1.2 in Windows 11 after upgrading from 2025.1.1

Thank you for contacting Rider support. That sounds weird. Would you mind verifying if there are any live processes (search for rider processes in task manager). If there are such, kill it. Then verify if that helps.

If that doesn't help, please archive everything you have under the %LOCALAPPDATA%\JetBrains\Rider{version}\log folder, upload it to the Upload Service and let me know the Upload ID.
