Support Request Missing

Hi 

I have made a support request on 24 May and also received a email about that having request id 7630583. But, now when I am trying to access that it just says page not found.

Can you please explain why I am not able to see my request? What happen to that?

Thank you for contacting JetBrains Support. I'm glad to work with you on this ticket.

I've verified from our end that ticket 7630583 still exists. The ticket was transferred to our dedicated TFVC team for specialized assistance, which is why it's no longer visible in the Rider support center. You can still access it through https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us

As for the ticket, I notice it hasn't been updated for a while. I have already brought it to the TFVC team's attention for follow-up. You should be contacted soon. Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
