Components are divided into two parts
As you can see the when I click notification button and monitoring button it's getting two separate tab. I don't want that. When I clicked once per button it should be opened single tab. how can I do it?

Thanks for contacting Rider support. This issue is because the “Monitoring” view is placed in a separate section of sidebar.
To display it in the same tab as the other views, drag and drop the icon to the same section, as below:
