Revert new Commit window side-by-side layout.
I just upgraded to Rider 2025.2, and the commit window layout has changed. In earlier version is was changes on top and commit message on bottom. Now they are side-by-side and I really need to go back to over/under. How?

Here is how you could change your layout.
- Open the Commit tool window (View > Tool Windows > Commit)
- Right-click its icon and choose Move to > Left. This docking changes the layout to over/under.

Moving the Commit window to the Left-Top or Left-Bottom has no affect on the side-by-side display when you have the commit view mode set to Window. I did find a work-around. If you check “Show Diff Preview on Single Click,” then move the divider all the way to the right, then the commit window shows only over-under layout. :-)
