Anyone else unable to work with Angular projects since 2025.2

Since updating recently, all the files in my forntend project show yellow in the toolbar (out of project), and Rider can't seem to figure out my tsconfig and angular settings. F12 works inconsistently, and sometimes imports are recognised, but at least 50% of the time my frontend projetc doesn't work as Rider can't figure out what NPMs I have access to, or that my components are standalone by default.

I do the ‘invalidate chaches’ thing at least once a day now, and I've tried ‘fix IDE’ and deleting the .idea folder when Rider is closed. Has anyone else noticed weird behavior like this? Tempted to downgrade back to 2025.1 but the new DB features are very useful.
