I experienced the same thing today. This release of Rider has been a poor one. Guessing it was due to some glitch as it didn't really even seem to update all the plugins. It looks like their registration just got messed up.
For more details about why this issue occurs: When a newer version of our IDE is built, the bundled plugins for that build are also published to the Marketplace. This allows IDEs to update their plugins and receive fixes without requiring a new IDE release. A newer version of another 2025.3 IDE was recently built, so some newer plugin versions were published to the Marketplace as well. As far as I know, we have a mechanism to avoid uploading new plugin versions if there are no changes compared to the previous version, so we should not be publishing so many newer plugins to the Marketplace for updates. We are investigating this issue and hope to address it soon.
