Update Included OpenApi-Generator
I followed the instructions at https://www.jetbrains.com/help/rider/OpenAPI.html#codegen to generate C# code from the OpenAPI specification. I chose OpenAPI Generator 7 and was a little disappointed that I couldn't set targetFramework to net9.0. This is because the included version of OpenAPI Generator is 7.7.0. It was released on July 2, 2024, and therefore only supports net8.0 at most.
Please update the included version, or is there a way to update the included version manually?

I've created an issue report regard this: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IJPL-233193/Update-OpenAPI-Generator-to-the-latest-version. Kindly please vote on it.
I'll try to find if it's possible to update the OpenAPI Generator mannually.
UPDATE: It's not possible to mannually patch it.
