Solution wide analysis doesn't show any file even if there's an issue

This has been an issue with this project for a while. It even survived a Windows and Rider format and reinstall. The error view generally works, but sometimes the files don't show up even though the error counter in the bottom shows there's an issue. And this last one, I've never found. Dotnet format is happy. Rider shows this.

I have errors, warnings, and ignored files all turned on, and still nothing.

I should note that I've seen this issue in other projects as well, where files don't show up in the list even though Rider detects errors in them. The file list seems to be generally flaky in Rider in the past few versions.
