can't see 'Open Folder with Rider' menuitem at windoe explorer context menu.

Thanks for contacting Rider support. 

“Open Folder as Project” is only available when installing with standalone installer, and checking the option below:

This option is not available if Rider is installed via Toolbox. In this case, you need to re-install Rider with standalone installer.
