Perforce Integration

Hi All,

I seem to be having an issue where the perforce plugin wont automatically check out solutions or projects. This can cause quite a headache when trying to add a new reference or NuGet. Any ideas or workarounds? I've discovered that if i check out the relevant files in perforce then I can perform the aforementioned operations.
