Performance hit after attaching debugger.

I'm now using Rider IDE 2017.3.1, for developing .NET web application.

I recently noticed that just right after attaching debugger, everything has become super slow.

SO I have compared with VS Code, by debug with is. It turns out for VS Code, there's no performance drop.

 

Below is current enviroment. (Its part of our .csproj file.)
