"Before launch" settings don't work when I press Ctrl + Shift + B

JetBrains Rider 2018.1 EAP
ASP.NET Core MVC 2 project.

My project contains `gulpfile.js`. In the project settings for "Before launch" the "default" task of this file is pointed. This script is launched when I press Ctrl + F5, but it doesn't happen when I press Ctrl + Shift + B.

In my opinion the script must be launched for both cases.
