Can't launch any web applications, was originally given an error about a missing "applicationhost.config" now told my site cannot be found.

Hello all!

I admit I am a complete noob when it comes to this side of development so I hope that some wonderful person can help me resolve this issue!

I have a web application that I was originally doing with visual studio professional, and I never had to really think twice about launching the application. However now I am trying to move to Rider IDE for .net development I can't even start my website from the IDE. (I've had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL experiences with jetbrains products in the past).

My first error was saying I was missing a file from 

C:\Users\<myname>\Documents\WORK\<companyname>.MobileApp\.idea\config\applicationhost.config

So I copied and pasted my applicationhost.config file from somewhere else on my computer. Now I'm getting the error:

The following site was not found in the configuration file: '<company name>.MobileApp

So if anyone can help me I'd super appreciate it. I've spent literal hours trying to figure this out and ultimately have gotten no where fast.
