Trying to compile in Unity sometimes causes JetBrains.ReSharper.Host64.exe to sit there and run the CPU

Hello all,

Occasionally when trying to compile in Unity JetBrains.ReSharper.Host64.exe will sit there and run the CPU for an annoyingly long time. If I just go ahead and close Rider Unity will actually start compiling. I thought at first that sometimes Unity was just taking forever to compile for some reason but it was not until I noticed this that it made more sense. Unity will say that it is starting to compile but I guess it actually isn't yet and Rider is sitting there and seemingly blocking something. As I mention as soon as I close Rider it is fine and Unity compiles.

Anyone have any ideas?
