Disable parameter hint on mouse click

When you popup parameter hint by clicking command+P or when you enter method or class this hint appear then if i click mouse in other places of code it hits for everything wherever I click. It's so annoying. Hot disable this behavior?

It seems to be a bug. Could you please clarify Rider version + OS (Help | About or JetBrains Rider | About).
