Restore terminal tabs on IDE restart

Each time I upgrade WebStorm it resets my terminal window tabs. Again and again I have to recreate my tabs, while naming each and typing the specific shell comand. E.g. I use tabs: test, build, lint, coverage

It would be nice to restore each tab with its name, working directory and last executed command.
