Hi! As far as I can see, Rider can load and build such projects. Please feel free to create a feature request for us on Youtrack, and describe your expectations for Azure Service Fabric support.

You can't actually run/debug the service fabric project I think that's what Georgij Agalakov is referring to.  It should publish to service fabric then run/debug.

I believe that to be correct Jason. I worked for a full day trying to figure out why my service app would not work correctly, and when I disabled Resharper everything was working again. This needs to be fixed soon. There are no errors or warnings to point people in this direction. It was just me troubleshooting.
